2023-2024 Highlights

The most recent report shows that, between the 2022 and 2023 surveys, the average salary for engineering professionals increased by 6.1% while, over the same period, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 4%. The average salary is now $123,314, an increase of $7,077. The median is $115,600.

The 2024 survey is open from April 10 to May 5. In addition to salary and benefits information, the 2024-2025 survey focuses on the impact of labour shortages on employment conditions, employee attraction and retention, and mental health in the workplace.

Complete the survey to receive the new report, published in the fall, free of charge.
